A cheerful woman seated at a table, interacting with a laptop in front of her. She is smiling broadly, giving the impression of a positive online experience, possibly during a video call or after receiving good news. The woman is wearing a casual top and her hair is styled in curly locks. There’s a potted green plant to her right, a mug to her left, and a warm, bokeh light effect in the background that adds a cozy atmosphere to the setting. The room seems modern and comfortably furnished.

The interface states a total limit of 500 contacts, and specifies that the details should include a first name, last name, and email address. There is a designated area to drop files or to browse and select files from the computer. Additionally, there is a link provided to download a template, which users can fill in with contact details before uploading. An article or help document titled "Transferring clients over to Fitune," which discusses the process of moving current clients or subscribers over to Fitune. The article is authored by Rodrigo Contreras and was updated over a week ago. Under the section "Importing Members," it outlines the steps for users who wish to transfer clients with existing packages and subscriptions to Fitune. Users are instructed to chat with support via a chat bubble on the website or dashboard for assistance. The two steps provided are: Connect the user's Stripe account in the Admin Settings. Make a copy of a provided spreadsheet to fill in with the user's ACTIVE client's information, with a link labeled "Make a copy here." There is also a note stressing that only clients with active class packs or subscriptions can be transferred. The text provides a clear guide for users to follow for importing member information into the Fitune platform.
