Payments are processed automatically with secure bank-grade encryption by our payment processor Stripe. Stripe charges a small fee of 1.4% + 0.20 per transaction for bank cards. Fee might vary per country, you can check Stripe.com/pricing for more info.

With Fitune you can create your own branded website or embed our booking widget to your existing website. After sharing your website with your clients, they can simply book your classes and choose to pay for a single class (drop-in), a package or a membership.

No, you don’t have to use Zoom to stream your workouts! You can use any of the streaming platforms out there and link it with Fitune. Once it’s set up we automatically send an email with the streaming link and joining instructions to anyone who has booked in.

Zoom is still the most popular streaming service on our platform. You can easily sync your Zoom account with Fitune and automatically generate your meeting links.

Yes! Embedding your storefront to your own website is very easy, anyone can do it! We provide you with an HTML widget code which you can copy onto your existing website.
